Water Utility Problems:

Other: I noticed tonight that water is really spouting up out of the sidewalk at the southwest corner of Kirkwood & Washington; it appears to be coming from a small iron plate in the sidewalk that looks like the old style in-ground water meter, but it's smaller than those in front of homes. Just FYI.
