Debris Removal:

Other: I have been collecting broken asphalt pavement from Sussex Dr, and from High St to Montclair along Queensway as an experiment for the Utility Department on reducing storm drain blockage on streets with significant slopes. I weighed the amount of debris collected since the start of the freeze-thaw cycle and the new pile is just short of 310 pounds on the east side of my driveway. Could this debris be picked up by a city crew for recycling?
