Other: It seems like something has changed with the signal at Third and Smith. If you were on Smith, the light would change soon after you came to a stop especially when there’s little traffic (early morning for example). Now, it takes several minutes for the light to change and allow the Smith Road traffic to go even in light traffic times. This causes Smith Road to be even more backed up than usual. Wanted to see if ot could be set like it used to be. Thanks!
