Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: There is a broken water pipe near the fire hydrant where Circle Drive meets the 1800 block of Southdowns. Work was done previously to try and fix the problem, but the problem has returned or there is a new problem. I walk pass this site regularly, and water is present even when it has not rained for weeks. The pavement is beginning to show the effects of ever-present water.
