Other: sewage backed up from the utility room into the kitchen and living area. Lessor says lessee has to pay for all repairs and will not pay for sanitizing the area infected with feces. Lessee had to pay to have a plumber drain the bathtub. Plumber found that the sewer lines have clasped
The sewer main was clear and the issue was on the homeowner lateral. The issue has been resolved by a third party contractor according to the property management company.
This is more than likely a collapsed sewer lateral (which is private). I would like to speak to the plumbing company that determined the lateral had failed to see if they used a camera or just a snake.
Give this to Larry and ask him to have Paul check out main. After that we need to find a phone number for the person leasing at this address (New World, Kimmy can help). Once we determine condition of our sewer send me the phone# of the person living there.
