Thanks again for the report. We haven't been able to locate any public right of way in this location, so I am passing this along to John in the HAND department to look at as a potential private property issue (potentially with an easement; that is being determined).

Thanks for the report. Could you provide a little more clarity on the location of the issue (along what road, etc.) so we can determine how best to handle and whose responsibility this may be?
