Other: On the NW corner of 10th and Forrest there is a hazardous situation. There is no sidewalk along Forrest, but there is on 10th. When someone is walking south on Forrest on the west side of the street, the person must walk in a grassy area that looks a bit like a sidewalk from a distance, though it is only grass. When that person gets to the intersection with 10th Street, there is a drop-off of about 4 inches to the 10th Street sidewalk that is unexpected and jarring. Perhaps a little ramp there would improve the situation, though the addition of a sidewalk along Forrest would be a more ideal remedy. It is not clear if this is a City or a Campus issue, so please forward if this request should be sent to IU instead.
