Other: Not sure if this is formally in the City or not and if HAND has jurisdiction here, but this property has a very tall fence surrounding the property that comes right up to the intersection of Rayle and Fairington. It is so tall and so close to the intersection that a driver cannot see traffic coming around the corner. It is unsightly and, more importantly, dangerous.
