Other: At the intersection of Lower Cascades Rd. and Walnut Street (north end), re the signal as you sit on Lower Cascades Rd. facing east: The red portion of the three lights is out and has been for a couple of weeks or so. Yellow and green are fine, and there is a second signal adjacent to it on the left, which is fine so traffic is not hindered. Thank you!
