Other: During some construction of some sort, dealing with the power lines in the alley to the left of my house, the case must have been brittle and they broke the lid to the water mane. They put an orange traffic cone over the hole, but it did not help anything. Due to it being open to the elements. My water mane froze. Im not sure if there is anything that can be done. But if someone could come by, replace the cover, and fix the water issue, it would be very helpful. Due to this issue, we have no running water.
