Other: There is a pitbull that is constantly off lease during all hours of the day that is becoming aggressive to neighbors and pedestrians walking along the road, including barking at and charging people leaving and entering their homes. The dog is mostly brown with a white head. I think the owner leaves the dog outside all night on the street.
