Other: Between the dog park in switchyard and tapp street on both side of the b-line there is nothing but homeless camps. Several had active fires when I was walking by. There are 30-40 stolen shopping carts and dozens if not hundreds of bicycles and bicycle parts. There is trash everywhere including the creek bed. I can only assume there is feces, drugs, and needles leaching into the ground and nearby ground streams. This has progressively gotten worse over the years. I’m praying the new administration does something about this problem not only here but all throughout town!

This has been reported and City staff are working with the private property owner on a plan for cleanup and monitoring into the future to prevent further encampments from developing.
