Nuisance Lights:
Other: The turn signals are triggered on Kirkwood Ave and Rogers intersection even though cars aren't in the turn lane. Cars just sit there burning fossil fuels and destroing our planet while idling and my mind starts to wonder where my tax dollars are going. Cars are just running the red light and turning on red becasue fuck, who cares. The city doesn't seem to.
