Other: I have seen multiple people sharing images and warnings that the Goodwill on South College Mall Rd has an active bedbug infestation, with photos showing adult bedbugs on clothing in the store. This is a public health concern, but I can find no information about whether a business is required to 1) notify potential customers who may come to the store, and 2) take action to eliminate the pests by hiring a professional service.
Staff reported this complaint to the Monroe County Health Department.
Notified Monroe County Health Department, which will send environmental specialist to inspect. They will follow up with the City. I will leave this case open until we find out what the next steps are.
