We are aware of your numerous posts regarding transient and individuals experiencing homelessness. The City administration is actively working with all community partners towards solutions that are not easily identified or implemented. In regards to the individual at Liberty Drive and Third Street, BPD has responded and made arrests with that individual on multiple occasions. If you witness this person obstructing traffic in a dangerous way, please call 911 to report for an officer to respond.
