The street cuts are associated with the development being built off of S Park Square Dr, which is in the County. I have reached out to the contractor about their maintenance as they have deteriorated through the winter season.

the potholes are county, but I believe the street cuts they are referring to are from the fiber company.

S Park Square Dr is maintained by the county. They can be contacted at (812)803-6810 regarding the potholes. I will reassign the case to the engineering department to address the street cuts.
