Other: Our office received concerns and some complaints related to excess crow activity and droppings along third street, and near/on Pi Beta Phi's property. Does the city provide any services to deter or move crow roosting sites away from residential buildings? We have been working with the chapter house on ideas and they have been power washing droppings but the issue reemerges. Thank you for any insight into potential remedies.

We do not currently provide services, however the following techniques have been proven to work: recorded crow distress calls or birds of prey, hanging upside down fake model of crows (halloween decor), noisemakers and/loud activity as dusk. These are distressing to the flock and will have them move to other roosting locations.
