Other: There is a car completely blocking the sidewalk in the driveway at 3313 S Allendale Dr. It's positioned such that a person in a wheelchair or a parent with a stroller has to go uphill on the grass a bit to cross the driveway. The car has been there without moving at least since Christmas.
