Hello Jane, unfortunately as stated previously there is nothing in Title 20 which would address this issue. We have standards about noises and odors/smells of home occupations, but those would not apply in this case as it is not a home occupation, it is regular business in the Mixed-Use Employment (ME) zoning district.
