Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: sidewalk partially blocked by parked semi trailer on the west side of fairview just south of 11th street. i think the address is 629 N Fairview. this is the same property as ureport #187248, but a different trailer. thanks to work by Engineering, this trailer has been moved from this spot before. but we haven't yet successfully convinced them not to repeat the behavior. thanks!
