Other: On the northeast corner of the intersection of S Washington and E Wylie, there is a long yellow curb. There are always 2-3 cars parked at this curb, which makes it hard to see oncoming traffic when crossing over Washington heading west on E Wylie St. I was nearly hit this past weekend when a car was speeding down S Washington and wasn't visible due to all the parked cars.
