Traffic Signals:
Other: The new pedestrian crossing signal at 11th and Diamond has a locator tone that beeps continuously 24/7, all day and all night. The signal is very close to my house (<10ft) and I can hear the tone from inside my walls, which is absolutely maddening when I'm trying to fall asleep! Please turn off the persistent locator tone on these signs, there are other tactile cues to help those with impaired vision find the crosswalk. Thanks!
