I created a service request for this yesterday. Larry‘s team checked it out could not find anything can I’ve asked Justin to go look at it today. Can you find the service request from yesterday? Create a new service request and link the two together? If you don’t know how to do that just create a service request for this one and I will show you how to link them tomorrow.

We investigated this yesterday couldn’t find no evidence of a sewer overflowing. Can you please attach pictures and be more specific about what is overflowing. The pictures will help give us a frame of reference to where the sewage is coming from.
