"Abandoned vehicle" means: (2) A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days; Based on this section of the Ordinance could you check into the 2 Ford vehicles (Red truck and white van) that are consistently parked for more than 3 days without having been moved, and are parked in front of property 613 and 619 S Eastside Drive? They do have a valid neighborhood street parking sticker, though. However, they both have a BMV license plate sticker that expired in November of 2023.

Dear Stella Hooker-Haase, Thank you for using u-reporting. A parking service officers spoke with the owner yesterday and asked them to place their renewed sticker for 2024 on their vehicles. These two vehicles are not abandon as they have a current parking permit displayed. You must provide our office a valid registration (not expired) to obtain a current neighborhood parking permit.
