I surveyed the area on the afternoon of 3/21/2024 and no open burning was present at that time. I was not able to look into the back yard of the address in question due to lack of probable cause. In order to facilitate any corrective action we will need to see the violation as it happens, therefore if the incident occurs again please call 911 so that an engine can be sent to the scene and extinguish the fire. This will serve two purposes one the fire will be out and alleviate the smoke and will also create a record that will can be used for future enforcement.
