Animal Control & Neglected Pets:
Other: Unrestrained dog. Sherwood Oaks park. Seen today at ~11am, but also several other days, mid-morning or late-morning. Dog is small, brown, wearing a harness. Owner is short, middle-aged white female. Dog runs around, near people, but stays within vocal range of owner. Dog responds fairly well to owner's commands, but of course you never know what will set a dog off.
