K. Liford conducted a drive by inspection of this complaint. The tents and trash are definitely inside the City Limits. There are trails and trash at the dead end of Basswood drive.

In looking at the City boundaries map, this area is a "donut" area that is not in City limits. It was intended to be annexed, but to date has not been due to legal challenges. This will likely need to be sent to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office and the Monroe County Commissioners for action.
