Phone Call: Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. (info taken by Susan Coates in ESD).

I've reached out to AEG and they are going to replace the flowerpot lid at the location. This will remove the hole in the area.

Alex, this looks like fiber work. Can you pinpoint who was in the area and follow up with the permit holder?
