The City does not install and maintain pavement markings for on-street parking on low volume, low speed residential streets like S Dunn. A couple reasons include: 1) The resources necessary to maintain parking lines throughout residential neighborhoods City wide would be overwhelming. and 2) Studies show that individually marked spaces can actually lead to less efficient parking utilization (many cars are short, but they still use the same length of parking with marked spaces)

This is not an area Parking enforces. I don't know who would be writing tickets there, maybe the Bloomington police.
