Other: The stop sign on Kirkwood for westbound traffic is set back pretty far from Kirkwood. When food trucks park on the north side of Kirkwood, the westbound traffic can’t see the stop sign. I have seen cars run the stop sign several times. There is a small planter right on the corner, where a stop sign would be visible, or even attached to the sign with the street name placards. Perhaps also adding a stop sign on the south side of Kirkwood would help.
