Upon further review, times should indeed be EDT, as Bloomington time moves from EST to EDT on the second Sunday in March. Will make the update on the website.

Dear Peter,
I believe your comment is regarding Parks and Recreation's website https://bloomington.in.gov/recreation/2024eclipse - no URL is provided. The times provided online in the statement "The eclipse begins at 1:49 p.m. Totality takes place at 3:04 p.m. and ends at 3:08 p.m. The eclipse ends at 4:22 p.m. All times given are EST." should indeed be "EDT" as, according to online sources, our part of the state moves from EST to EDT on the second Sunday in March. Thank you for pointing this out; we'll make the update online.
Thank you for checking, and we hope you enjoy viewing the eclipse.
Sincerely,
Julie Ramey, Community Relations Manager
