Other: Are election signs permitted in the ROW? If not, there is a blue one at 1127 E First Street. If they are allowed, then you can close this case and I will not mention them anymore. Thanks!

Election season signage has special state permissions in that the City cannot regulate the number of signs per property or sign size up to 32 square feet 60 days before and 5 days after an election. That being said, signs still cannot be placed in the prohibited location of the right-of-way (ROW). Planning staff will work to remove this sign and all others around town that have been placed in the ROW.
