Other: at the traffic signal at 14th and walnut, there is a painted/thermoplastic stop bar missing. westbound traffic approaching walnut does not have a white bar on the pavement to indicate they should stop before the crosswalk. i presume it got lost when that stretch of east 14th was resurfaced just before "the standard" apartment project was completed. i just want to see this intersection as legible as possible so that traffic on 14th street doesn't misinterpret the stop light. thanks!
