CBU Customer Relations spoke to the customer and explained that we do not offer adjustments for toilet leaks. CBU Meter Services visited the property on March 15th to check for leaks and found that the meter did not move during the visit, and there were no leaks in the meter pit. To monitor their water consumption, customers can set up an account in the Smart Meter customer portal by visiting https://bloomington.in.gov/utilities/smart-meters.
