Email: The bus stop “landing pad” outside of our entrance on East Second Street needs to be replaced with perhaps concrete instead of the current asphalt. The asphalt is crumbling and ground is being pushed up and over the curb as a result. It’s a muddy mess and unsightly. The condition of the street has deteriorated a great deal since the photo in the report was taken. The asphalt is gone and the mud in now over the curb and onto the grass.

I received this in an email from Mr Dierckman. I suspect the "landing pad" refers to the street near the bus stop sign. See screenshot of street view.
