City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #187966

Temporary Signage w/o permit:

Other: This is an Elevate Schneider Geospatial map screen shot of the 503 S High Street property, the CC Church. As the red line indicates, the city owns part of the grass along the sidewalk. Too bad you allow only one picture per Request. I think the Daycare sign there is on city property. I am glad you are talking to them about the way they are putting up signs all over town, preferably in shopping center parking lots, where no one will touch them.

Thank you for providing a more accurate sign location. Staff are in communication with the signage owners regarding signage placed in the prohibited location of the right-of-way all across the City. If this sign is not removed from the ROW by the signage owners along with the other signs in the ROW across the City, staff will remove the sign and pursue further enforcement action.
