Other: Traffic backs up all the way to fourth street and beyond as many people try to turn left onto East Third Street. Sometimes you can sit there for 10+ minutes if someone is attempting to turn left. Please consider making that stop sign a “No Left Turn” sign as well. There is a stop light just a block east that people can use to make the left turn onto East 3rd.
