Other: I live at 3515 E Grandview Dr, Bloomington 47408. I have had drainage issues for a number of years where runoff during heavy storms causes flooding in my garage. Since the street was repaved last year my garage has flooded multiple time damaging my walls and equipment. I tried to dig a relief drainage ditch in the easement but the problem requires a complete re-digging of the ditch that over the years has filled with clippings and soil. The drain running under my driveway along the street is completely clogged with roots and debris. In addition, my water main broke over the winter and the city left a massive pile of gravel in the hole where the repair occurred mak8nh an eyesore as well as causing more drainage problems. I need this looked at as soon as possible since the flooding is getting worse, although the relief ditch has helped some.
