Other: Charlestowne Manor Developer (Chuck Short) billed the neighborhood for $325 in 2023 and has since turned it over to a company to manage and they are only charging $250 in 2024 for dues. No one will not return our "over payment" or say where our money is going. This seems very suspicious from the developer. We cannot get any answers and need someone to look into this.
