Other: I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years, and the city put a hazard sign on the sidewalk months/years ago, but nothing else has been done to correct the problem, which can be quite dangerous at night

There is a CBU sign, but it’s a sidewalk issue. We had main break on that street and someone put up that sign, but I don’t think a WO was created for the sidewalk. Can you please have someone inspect it. It will be just north of Miller on Highland, on the west side.
