Planning staff are attempting to issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) letter to the owner of this signage for continued placement of signs in prohibited locations. At times further enforcement, including the issuance of NOV letters, can be difficult for these types of temporary signs as staff cannot always find address information for the business associated with the signage and City code mandates that NOV letters be sent in the mail. Planning staff will continue to remove signs placed in prohibited locations across the City as we have time and pursue further enforcement where possible.
