Other: Huge pile of refuse on the north side of building with boxes, recycling, etc., strewn about all over and piled up making places for rodents to dig through and creating a fire hazard. Elevate says this is an IU property (?) so not sure what can be done, if anything. Originally a beautiful building, but it now looks Third World - current inhabitants are irresponsible, inconsiderate, and/or oblivious, whoever they are.
