Other: Hello, I am contacting the city to express my concern regarding the children of a neighbor in my area. They have two young toddlers who are often left outside unsupervised and I fear for their safety. My other neighbor has told me she often sees them playing in the street and has to tell them to come back to the sidewalk. I often hear them screaming at the top of their lungs for hours on end. The two kids have knocked and rang the doorbell of every person in my building and have come onto our private patios to damage our personal belongings. Any time I see them outside, I look for their parents, but can't seem to find them. I am truly worried for their safety and fear they could get hurt, especially if they're playing in the street. The address listed (1839 S Oakdale Dr) belongs to the parents of these kids. I'm reaching out to the city to make them aware of this situation. I am making this report anonymously.
