Other: I was just walking at the intersection of Kirkwood and Grant and came upon a woman who had just tripped on an uneven sidewalk and hit her head on the sidewalk. She was bleeding from her brow. Two men were tending to her injury. I bystander sitting on the bench a few feet away told me what he’d seen, that she was walking east on Kirkwood, looked ahead of her for a second, and tripped over the uneven sidewalk. The lip is sticking up right next to a very small utility manhole-type thing. I have two more photos I took right away. This is of her blood spattered on the pavement. Can this uneven sidewalk please be repaired? It is clearly a hazard and would have to be problematic for anyone using a wheelchair there as well. Thank you.
