Other: There is a discarded couch on the side of the building located on 4th and College. It needs to be removed from beside this business. When I walked passed it, the smell of urine is becoming more pungent. That particular item was not properly discarded by a college age resident that was formally living in on top of the unit DOWN THE STREET.
