The riprap appears to have been in place long before the development was built and was not installed as part of the stormwater system. Part of Kingston is a private drive, and part of Kingston is a City street. Please report traffic issues on City streets to the City of Bloomington Street Department. If traffic issues are occurring on private drives, they will need to be reported to the property owner.

Hi Adam, rip rap is only approved by Planning in cases where it is necessary due to drainage or conveyance as per coordination with CBU. This site is also a CBU site, so I will be forwarding this specific inquiry to them in regard to looking into the rip rap. Not sure there is anything in code that can mandate they install a fence or similar per citizen request.
