Other: The owners of this house leave a boat parked on the street at least 5 days/nights a week. It is in a cul-du-sac. In addition to the boat, they park at least one, sometimes two huge trucks on the street. This makes it difficult for, not only neighbors to get through the street, but also the trash truck and possibly emergency vehicles.
