Other: Just witnessed a near miss of two vehicles including a City bus at 10th and Smith. Please collaborate with INDOT for safety improvements at that intersection for vehicles turning left from Smith. They aren't taking citizen concerns seriously but would better receive input from Transit and the City. Please reach out. It's very dangerous.
