Other: The bump outs that have been added to Morningside Drive need to have reflective paint or some other sort of marking that can be seen both during the day and at night. My father pulled into town last night from NM (his first moment of moving to Bloomington!), and ran into one of the bump outs. The result was that he blew two tires. All of the bump out curbs already have many black tire marks on them, which is an indication that he is by far not the first person to make contact. I urge the city to add paint or something else that will draw attention to these, so that this doesn't keep happening.
