Fire Hazards:

Other: There is a large/full/mature mulberry tree hanging over power lines, utility lines, cable and telephone wires. The tree is specifically at the edge of the alley entering Jackson St from the property address listed above. In storms the branches bounce off the power lines and causes a lot of sparks. Cars are parked very close to this and concern is of fire or tearing down the power lines if a branch were to fall. Recommending a thorough cut back of large branches back to mid alley. Duke came out to trim some small branches, but didn't resolve the problem.
